Omar Yñigo (MX)

Screenwriter and film director, graduated from the script writing career of the Centro de Capacitación Cinematográfica, with higher studies in film, theater and television at Southwestern College (Chula Vista, California).

His short films have appeared in various national and international festivals. Winner of the First Prize ex aequo of the IV Improvement Workshop for the Cinematographic Script of the Feature Film "Alejandro Galindo", given by Vicente Leñero.

"Marcelo", his debut as a screenwriter and director, has been screened at the Morelia International Film Festival (2012), the Guadalajara International Film Festival (2013), and the Global Film & Music Festival (2013), in Ischia, Italy, among others.
